Pre-Restoration Purchasing Process
We will be completely sanding and refinishing the frame, and replacing all of the seat and back springs on the chair. The listed price includes the furniture piece itself and our restoration labor (refinishing of all wood surfaces and complete reupholstery). Upon purchase, we'll collaborate with you to select fabric and materials, which will be charged additionally based on your selections. Additional labor charges may apply for velvet, mohair, patterns, and leather, as well as for unexpected additional materials needed to fully restore the piece.
