Tell us about your furniture, its history, and your vision. Upload photos and any details you know so we can prepare an accurate estimate.

Receive your estimate
Clear expectations from the start.
We'll review your photos and provide an estimate based on the visible condition of your piece. If restoration uncovers hidden damage, we'll discuss your options and receive your approval before any additional work begins.

Reserve your production slot
Thoughtfully scheduled, never rushed.
Once you're ready to proceed, a non-refundable deposit secures your place in our production schedule. We intentionally take on a limited number of projects at a time so every piece receives the attention and craftsmanship it deserves.

Plan the Details
The fun part—bringing your vision to life.
Together we'll choose fabrics, wood finishes, and the final details that bring your vision to life. Whether you're preserving the original character or giving a piece a fresh direction, every decision is made with intention.

Drop Off or Arrange Delivery
When your production date approaches, we'll schedule a convenient time for your furniture to arrive at the studio. Local pickup and delivery services are available for many projects.

Restoration Begins
Where craftsmanship takes over.
Your furniture is carefully disassembled, evaluated, and restored using techniques that respect its original craftsmanship. Depending on the project, this may include structural repairs, wood restoration, refinishing, upholstery, cushion rebuilding, or preserving original details wherever possible. Every decision is made with the goal of preserving the integrity and character of the original piece.

Should we uncover hidden damage or encounter decisions requiring your input, we'll contact you before proceeding. We believe clear communication is just as important as quality craftsmanship, so you'll always know how your project is progressing.

Before your furniture leaves the studio, every detail is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our standards. Once your project is complete, we'll send your final invoice and arrange pickup or delivery.
